Are programs for individuals or groups?

Either! Programs may be taken individually or together with up to four friends, family members, or peers.

Focused Life™ and Journey to Work programs and workshops are for individuals or groups of up to 4 people.

Corporate training program group sizes are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Can I take a program remotely?

Yes! Programs can be done in-person or virtually.

Do you offer programs in Spanish?

Yes! I am native Spanish speaker and provide Inspired Learning programs in English and Spanish.

How can I get the most out of the programs?

For sessions to be successful, my asks are that you will be committed to being truthful with yourself and that you will invest the time you need to make discoveries, heal, and transform.

How long are sessions and workshops?

One-on-one sessions are between 60-90 minutes. Workshops are typically three-to-four hours. Corporate training programs are no longer than six hours and include a one-hour break.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! If you organize a Focused Life group, you will receive a 75% discount on your portion of the program. Journey to Work programs may be packaged for discounts. If you choose to take any combination of two programs, you will receive a 10% discount. If you choose to take all three programs, you will receive a 20% discount.

Can we meet before I sign up?

Yes! The free consultation is a 30-minute no-obligation discovery conversation where we get to know each other and discover which program is a good match for you. This is an opportunity to mutually agree that we are a good fit for each other.

What is an informational interview?

Informational interviews are the least utilized and most effective process during a job search. It is an opportunity to meet face-to-face or by phone with professionals in your desired field to learn about their journey into and in the field and the challenges and opportunities facing this industry. What is a behavioral interview?

Today’s interviews are very often behavioral. Interviewers are seeking to learn about your behavior and assess whether your behavior and past experiences are congruent with their employment needs. What are the payment terms for programs, workshops, and speaking engagements?

For agreements less than $500, payment is made at the conclusion of each session.

For agreements of $500 or more, half the payment is required at the time of agreement signing and the balance is due by the third session.

For Journey to Work, offline work is $75/hour for resume reviews that Inspired Learning staff will do outside our one-on-one services.
